Building Maintenance Technician Basic Job Description:
Under direction of the Warehouse Manager the Building Maintenance Tech will maintain and keep in good repair the facility and grounds of Potato Specialty Company.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform minor and major repair of all buildings and non-network related equipment.
• Performs scheduled preventive maintenance on cooler and freezer refrigeration units, building mechanical
equipment, inspects belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, etc.
• Replace broken windows; repair doors, door locks and closets.
• Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Repair electrical equipment and control circuits.
• Repair refrigeration equipment.
Requirements:

• Fundamentals of electrical systems and equipment
• Fundamentals of Refrigeration systems and equipment.

Day Warehouse- Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative Basic Job Description:
Our Cash and Carry Representative is responsible for working on reports, keeping up with delivery times, Putting on small Call-in orders and Walk-in orders for customers.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
• Answer telephone, and greet customers with helpful customer service.
• Send Late Day and Off Day report daily.
• Manage web orders throughout the day. Report any issues.
• Manage the truck dispatch phone. Notate all issues on the morning report.
• Report any issues on truck route returns to the Quality Assurance team.
• Adjust invoices from truck route returns.
• Check delivery drivers in after completion of their route.
• Manage petty cash daily.
• Walk-in customer sales.
• Work with Accounts Receivables with the school orders. Enter school orders.
• Create and send out morning report daily.
• Provide pricing, order information, and deliver information to customers.
• Forward any customer orders to the appropriate Salesman.
• Forward any prospective customers to Chase.
• Provide support to outside sales team.
• Bill all orders at 4 pm.
• Call customers when truck route is running late
Requirements:

Daytime Warehouse - Pack-Out
Packages materials and products manually. Performs basic quality control checks including measuring, weighing, package counts, and evaluating product or package appearance. Folds & tapes boxes, applies labels, and slots packaged product in designated slots. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under QA and Warehouse Supervisor for immediate supervision.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:• Quality checks of current Pack-Out stock.
• Using provided company equipment will pull the required product for daily Pack-Outs.
• Using provided Inventory Pack-Out form will re-pack product in designated packaging.
• Will label all re-packed product with the proper identification tags for proper traceability and Country of Origin.
• Pack-Out Operators will properly stock all products into slots, racks, shelves, and overflow. At all-times
practicing proper rotation of all products to maximize freshness of product.
• Demonstrate initiative and self-direction to effectively manage time.
• Meet company goals and objectives in terms of proper order picking method and loading of the trucks.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment (safety) at all times in the warehouse.
• Comply with all company appropriate policies, procedures and safety rules.
• Must maintain a clean and neat working environment in the warehouse at all times during hours of operations
without exceptions.
• Must be willing to work extended hours, as needed, in order to meet productivity goals.
• Perform related duties as assigned by QA or Warehouse Supervisor.

Daytime Warehouse - Stocker
Warehouse Stockers/Clerks are responsible for the proper receiving, stocking, and rotation of incoming produce freight. Product will be broken down by item and received by Receiving Supervisor to insure quality, count, and that it is the correct product. Stockers will use provided company equipment to unload trucks and properly stock the product, using proper rotation methods to ensure maximum freshness for our customers. Stockers are a vital part of our day-to-day procedure and a necessity for proper product handling.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Using Provided company equipment, unload all incoming freight and place on staging areas to be broke down.
• Break down and separation of product to be checked in by a Receiving Supervisor.
• After received by Receiving Supervisor, Stockers will label all incoming product with the proper identification
tags for proper traceability.

Daytime Warehouse - Quality Assurance Manager
Quality Assurance Managers are responsible for the quantity and quality of incoming produce and products, in house produce and products, and outgoing produce and products. QA's responsibility is to ensure maximum freshness for our customers and are a vital part of our day-to-day procedure and a necessity for proper product handling storage.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Inventory:
a. Cooler Inventory CA – CD will be counted and a Quality Check* done weekly. All Inventory In Cooler Will
Be Completed In Its Entirety Weekly.
b. Dry/Freezer Inventory will be counted and damaged removed monthly. All Inventories In Dry/Freezer Will
Be Completed In Its Entirety Monthly.
c. Any Inventory found that has been Inactive during these checks should be tagged Inactive in the system and the slots changed to NEW.
2. Daily:
a. Daily Pack-Out counts, usage, and new pack-out list.
b. Work Invoice Modifications from nights. All information obtained on these modifications will be reported to the WH Manager Daily in Writing.
c. Work counts and Quality Check* (BA) Cooler Dock.
d. Quality Check* product that PSC has deemed a problem area (i.e. mushrooms, berries, sprouts,
processed lettuce’s dates…).
e. Work and complete Detailed Invoice Register with Shawnell.
f. Plug in numbers from Pack-Out to system.
g. Run/Re-Work** inferior product found during Quality Checks*.
h. Checking and Re-Stocking all returns before leaving for the day.
3. Quality:
a. Quality Check* on all products that PSC has deemed a problem area (i.e. mushrooms, berries, sprouts,
processed lettuce’s dates…), plus product that has been reported to customer service, with random
check of the Driver Call-In Form.
b. All products found to be questionable will be recorded on the Inventory Spoilage Form with number of
cases to be run.
c. Run/Re-Work** inferior product found during Quality Checks*. All products that are Run/Re-Worked will
need to be checked daily until all product is out of warehouse.
d. Periodically through-out day incoming product will need to be gone over by QA to decide a status on said product. Sole decision of QA without outside influence.
Quality Check* - These checks should be done on all Product deemed a problem area by PSC, all product called in by drivers, and/or product found during daily routine.
Run/Re-Work** - You will be specifically in charge of getting the product Run/Re-Worked, you will have your hands in it from start to finish. You will need to coordinate with the WH Supervisor for help in working this product. All product worked will be recorded on the Inventory Spoilage Form and filled out by you.

Night Warehouse- Truck Orders Pick and Loader
$25 an Hour while Training.
Under general supervision of the Night Supervisor or Management level position within the warehouse. The order selector is responsible for picking orders requested by Potato Specialty Company. Ensures orders are picked accurately and efficiently, all while following safety guidelines, continually striving for improved customer satisfaction. In order to meet the criteria, responsibilities and requirements for the position are as follows:
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Accurately pick orders verifying quantity and the description of the items being picked.
• Demonstrate initiative and self-direction to effectively manage time.
• Meet company goals and objectives in terms of proper order picking method and loading of the
trucks.
• Check each order after the order picking process is completed to ensure the product is placed and
stacked appropriately on the truck or pallet(s) to prevent damage during transit.
• Ensure that "wrong product shipped", "wrong unit measure" and "shorts" are maintained to the
company standards.
• Must be able to effectively pull and load 100 cases per hr.
• Utilize "preferred methods" for picking orders.
